Warranty Statement
SKOUT® Airguns warranties the mechanical components of the EPOCH® air rifle for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.
During that three year period, SKOUT® airguns warranties the mechanical components of the EPOCH® airgun against faulty workmanship and defective materials.
SKOUT® Airguns warranties the electronic components of the EPOCH® air rifle for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
During that one year period, SKOUT® airguns warranties the electronic components of the EPOCH® airgun against faulty workmanship and defective materials.
Wear items, including but not limited to o-rings, burst disks, screws/hardware and gauges are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty coverage does not cover shipping costs.
SKOUT® Airgun’s technicians reserve the right to apply the above coverage based upon the details of each technical case. Warranty repairs will only be remedied through repair or replacement of defective parts.
Proof of Purchase and product registration at skoutairguns.com/support is required.
Warranty is transferable between users during warranty period with original proof of purchase provided.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover; cosmetic damage caused by use or misuse, disassembly or reassembly.
Use of aftermarket components or firmware within the electronics, valve, regulators, trigger, barrel or other operational portions of the airgun voids any warranty on the modified assembly and its interacting systems.
Modifications that drill, mill or otherwise remove material from internal or external surfaces will degrade performance and may reduce the safety of the airgun. Modifications of this type may only be preformed with written approval of SKOUT® Airguns.
Removal of factory anodizing or other finish voids the warranty of any affected component. This includes polishing or sanding of uncoated components as well as finished/coated components.
Warranty claims regarding performance or part damage determined to be caused by aftermarket lubrication will be rejected. Aftermarket lubricants may reduce performance and damage components. The only authorized lubricant for the EPOCH® airgun is SL33K.
Aside from adjustments described in the user manual, trigger alteration of any kind may result in accidental discharge and serious injury or death. Do not attempt to alter the airgun’s trigger assembly in any way.
Malfunctions that result from improper use, careless handling, improper installation or modification are not warrantied. All modifications must be preformed by authorized SKOUT® Airgun’s technicians.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims will require a return materials authorization (RMA) number assigned in order to be processed. RMA’s can be created through our self service system on our website: skoutairguns.com/support or by calling our factory 724-879-5204
SKOUT® Airgun’s technicians reserve the right to apply warranty coverage based upon the details of each technical case. Warranty repairs will only be remedied through repair or replacement of defective parts or components.
Step 1: Create an Account
- Using the system below, enter your personal information and create an account
- Double check mailing address and email address
- Username and Password will be used for all functions of the RMA system
Step 2: Register your Airgun
- To validate your warranty for your SKOUT® Airguns purchase, register your purchase within 30 days
- Fill out as much information as you can, if purchased used, indicate “used” in “Store” field
- All air rifles must be registered before any warranty repairs can be made.
Step 3: Send in for repair or service
- Using the system below, enter your personal information and create an account
- Double check mailing address and email address
- Username and Password will be used for all functions of the RMA system
